How accurate is the reconstruction? +
Accuracy depends on record complexity. Simple merges with clear property history typically achieve 90%+ confidence. Complex records with overlapping data may be lower. You review every field with confidence scores before executing. Credits purchase the analysis report, which you receive regardless of whether you proceed to execution.
What if the reconstruction gets something wrong? +
You review the full reconstruction before it touches your CRM. After execution, you can use the built-in Property Editor on your account history page to correct any field — it shows every historical value in a dropdown so you can pick the right one and save it directly to HubSpot. For simple merges, you can also use "Swap All" during review if the primary and secondary records are reversed. This means the new record will have a different Record ID and new HubSpot-generated fields such as Create Date. However, Emergency Unmerge automatically preserves the original values in a custom property group called "Emergency Unmerge" on each new record — including the original Create Date, original Record ID, and a complete JSON backup of all read-only values.

What will the charge look like on my credit card statement? +
Credit purchases will appear on your card statement as "Services - Third Space" or "SERVICES - THIRD SPACE". Third Space, LLC is the company behind Emergency Unmerge. If you see this charge and don't recognize it, you can review your purchase history at your Emergency Unmerge account page.
Data & Security
Is my CRM data safe? +
Emergency Unmerge uses Anthropic's Claude for reconstruction. Your CRM data is transmitted via encrypted API calls, is not used to train models, and is processed in memory only. We do not store your full CRM data — only operation metadata for audit purposes. Credits are consumed when reconstruction begins and are non-refundable after that point — see our Terms of Service for details.

Can I bulk unmerge multiple HubSpot records at once? +
Yes. Emergency Unmerge supports Bulk Unmerge — upload a CSV or select a HubSpot List/Segment of up to 10,000 merged records and the system will scan, reconstruct, and execute all of them in batch.
