Yes. Emergency Unmerge analyzes HubSpot's property history data, which is preserved indefinitely. Merges from weeks or months ago can still be reversed. The sooner you act, the more complete the data typically is.

Emergency Unmerge uses Anthropic's Claude for reconstruction. Your CRM data is transmitted via encrypted API calls, is not used to train models, and is processed in memory only. We do not store your full CRM data - only operation metadata for audit purposes. Not exactly. Due to HubSpot API limitations, the original merged record cannot be restored. Instead, Emergency Unmerge creates a new record with the reconstructed properties. This means the new record will have a different Record ID and new HubSpot-generated fields such as Create Date. However, Emergency Unmerge automatically preserves the original values in a custom property group called "Emergency Unmerge" on each new record, including the original Create Date, original Record ID, and a complete JSON backup of all read-only values. You can view these under the "Emergency Unmerge" property group on any unmerged record in HubSpot.
