This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Emergency Unmerge by Third Space ("the Service"), operated by Third Space, LLC. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted Use
Emergency Unmerge is intended solely for:
- Reversing accidental HubSpot record merges using proprietary reconstruction
- Recovering CRM data that was combined during a HubSpot merge operation
- Legitimate CRM data management within your own HubSpot portal
2. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use Emergency Unmerge to:
- Access, modify, or manipulate CRM data in portals you do not own or have authorization to manage
- Reverse merges as part of data exfiltration or unauthorized data access
- Abuse the credit system (e.g., chargebacks, fraudulent purchases, exploiting refund policies)
- Overwhelm the Service with automated or scripted requests (rate abuse)
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the reconstruction algorithms
- Use the Service to process data subject to special regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA-protected health information) unless you have a separate agreement with us
- Circumvent any technical limitations, authentication, or access controls
- Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
- Use the Service in violation of HubSpot's Terms of Service
3. Rate Limits and Fair Use
To ensure service quality for all users:
- API requests are rate-limited per portal
- Concurrent unmerge operations are limited per portal
- Excessive automated scanning may be throttled
If you need higher limits for bulk operations, contact joshua@thirdspaced.com.
Self-Serve Purchase Limits: The maximum self-serve credit purchase is 25,000 credits ($1,000) per transaction. Need more? Contact our team at joshua@thirdspaced.com for enterprise pricing and invoiced billing.
4. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to access and modify the CRM data processed by Emergency Unmerge
- Reviewing all reconstructed records before executing changes
